Slatehouse Studio is a one-person studio based in the United Kingdom. There is no account manager and no outsourcing, so nothing gets lost between the brief and the build.
I work in English and Turkish, and everything is done remotely, so you can be anywhere. I take on a small number of projects at a time, and I'll tell you honestly if something isn't a good fit for me.

How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment provider. For website packages you pay a 50% deposit to start and the balance before launch. Consulting is paid when you book, and the care plan is billed monthly in advance.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund if work hasn't started. If you've asked me to start sooner, you only pay for the work done up to that point. The refund policy has the details.
Who owns the website and code?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the code, design files and accounts are transferred to you.
How long does a website take?
An Essentials website usually takes two to three weeks from the moment I have your content. A Business website takes four to six weeks.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. All work is done remotely, so location doesn't matter. Prices are in pounds sterling and your card provider handles any currency conversion.
